Day 23 - Tuna, Sweden

Today was going to be a 331 mile day so we wanted to get an early start but they started breakfast at 07:00 and weent a lot of time enjoying the meal so didn't get on the road until 08:20. Looked like rain awaited us to the South but actually only got a few drops. Once again we dodged rain and the temperature was around 68 degrees all day.

We bypassed Stockholm by swinging more to the West at Gavle and coming South through Enkoping on Highway 55/53 coming out at Nykoping. May have taken us thirty minutes longer but it was nice to get off the freeway for a few hours.

Tonight we're at the Tuna Kyrkby Bed & Breakfast, about five miles West of Nykoping. We're truly out in the country, so we had dinner at the B&B. Outstanding! Can't wait for the breakfast. They serve at 08:00 so we'll get another late start and with a 320 mile ride to Malmo we'll be getting in just at rush hour. Part of the adventure, finding the hotel, in a large city, in heavy traffic.

Sara went for a walk after dinner and took the photos of a church just down the lane from the B&B.
