early. Waited an hour and ten minutes for our checked luggage show up, then took our cab driver over an hour to find the cargo facility. French Customs was professional and quick but can't say the same for the freight handler. A two hour wait, including watching the clerk take thirty minutes to eat his sandwich. Then thirty seconds to stamp our Airway Bill.
The fourteen mile ride to downtown Paris was no problem as they lane split in France and the rest of Europe for that matter.
Met up with Sara, Rosie and Izzy at our hotel, the Ibis Paris Gare de Lyon Reuilly. Great place and the have indoor parking for the bikes. Plus a fantastic breakfast.
Our friend Mary Ellen for dinner at a local restaurant.
